Due to rapid growth, we have an immediate need for a Technical Account Manager- level 1 to join our team. Location: Dulles VA, Atlanta GA or San Jose CATravel: up to 25%

Summary :
The Technical Account Management team (TAM team) is a bridge between G+Ds product portfolio and ourTechcompanies or TechComp , Automotive customers OEM/ODM and silicon providers who use our eOS software to enable cellular connectivity using xUICCs in Consumer and IoT devices. The team works in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment and is deeply engaged with OEMs, Carriers, chipset manufacturers and ODMs across the globe. Our aim is to ensure cellular connected devices are secure and interoperable and make G+Ds product portfolio a go to choice with our customers.As a Technical Account Manager in the North America region, you will be responsible for working with our global customer base and third-party solution providers, planning multiyear, multi-generational project engagements for TechComp customers. You will drive new business opportunities alongside Key Account Managers (KAMs) and manage the overall technical aspects to build solid, successful, long-term partnerships. You will be a technical expert with project/program management competence; you will exude an entrepreneurial drive, and have a passion for building trusted collaborations. Further your exposure and contribution in these engagements drives visibility of future needs affording tremendous opportunity for innovation and invention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Holistic technical pre-sales and project management of G+Ds products and solutions for TechComp customers: Global technology companies, semiconductor manufacturers, manufacturers of consumer and IoT devices and Private LTE-5GNR network providers
Primary technical point of contact for customers/prospects (supported by multiple cross functional teams within G+D) ,analysis of customer requirements focusing on Embedded/Integrated SIM, Secure Elements and eSIM Management.
Central technical contact for coordination of consultancy and requirements analysis for RFIs, RFPs and RFQs
Proactive management of internal and external processes and interfaces to configure products and solutions to the customer's requirements. Validation of products - internal and external. Final acceptance of products.
Prepare and maintain high quality documentation and presentations for customers projects/ pre-sales and G+D products, processes etc.
Consult in the creation of technically feasible business cases to grow and develop accounts, coordinating with Sales, Product Management, Domain Offering and where necessary R&D
Planning and steering of internal (Cellular data plans, eOS, data generation, in factory perso, LPA ,SMDP+, SMDS setups) and external processes to customize G+D products for key customers based on established G+D processes.
Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, safeguard the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges and ensure customer SLAs for various activities.
Improve product feature offerings and quality by providing feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management, Business Development and Software Engineering / Test Teams.
Maintain and grow high level of customer satisfaction and strong relationship with internal and external technical teams. Customers voice within the organization.
Innovation focused approach while working on projects aiming towards securing IPs

Required Education and Experience:
Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
2+ years wireless (GSM) communications experience
2+ years of experience working directly with customers on technical requirements
2+ years of experience working on cellular data plans with MNOs/MVNOs highly preferred
Knowledge of eSIM - GSMA ,3GPP 5G NR/ETSI, Global Platform , ISO7816 highly preferred
Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written English is essential)
Professional experience in Technical Project Management, PM Certification (IPMA, PMI) beneficial
Embedded SW development experience or programming language knowledge preferred
Experience w MS Office 365, MS Project and SAP beneficial
